Data Protection Policy
The company VIAMAX s.r.o., with its registered office at Veľký Folkmar 112, 055 51 Veľký Folkmar, Company ID: 51488183 (hereinafter referred to as “the Controller”), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
1. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations, processing inquiries from contact forms, billing, and communication with clients and partners within our logistics services.
2. Scope of Processed Data
We process common personal data in the scope of: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and billing information (company name, ID, Tax ID).
3. Storage Duration
We store your data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, but maximum for 10 years in accordance with legislative requirements for document archiving.
4. Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to access your data, right to rectification, deletion (right to “be forgotten”), right to restriction of processing, and right to object to processing. Requests can be sent to: office@viamax.sk.
This policy is effective from April 1st, 2026 and is regularly updated in accordance with changing legislation.
